Patient Data (for DentSignal clients)

When DentSignal is deployed for a dental practice, patients interacting with the chat widget or text-back system may provide their name and phone number for appointment booking purposes. This data is:

• Transmitted directly to the dental practice by email alert
• Not stored by DentSignal beyond what is necessary to deliver the lead notification
• Never shared with third parties outside of the service delivery

Cookies

This website may use basic session cookies for functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Third-Party Services

Our service infrastructure uses the following third-party providers, each with their own privacy policies:
